Some methods should be carefully considered before you embark up on them, because of potential risks. And some methods, like the ones I tried and recommend here aren’t dangerous and are things that anyone can do. Look at the different possibilities and choose carefully.

1. Double Chin Exercise

Unlike general exercise that burns fat everywhere, double chin exercises are designed to tone the platysma muscle–the muscle that works the jaw. 2. Exercise

All those exercises you do to burn fat will burn the fat beneath your chin, too. The change may be gradual. After all, you don’t do a month of exercycling and suddenly have thin thighs. Your body burns fat everywhere so it’s a gradual process. But you can burn double chin fat just like you can burn bottom fat.

3. Liposuction

This is the most risky of ways how to lose a double chin, but the one with the most dramatic results. The natural methods I personally used can work just as dramatically, but not instantly. However, you don’t have to undergo general anesthesia, which always carries some health risks, and it won’t cost thousands of dollars! Liposuction still might be the preferred option for some who want overnight results. Just really consider the cost, the risk and the pain and healing time and weigh those against the benefits before deciding on liposuction.
