How to Get Rid of Chin Fat Naturally

big double chinIf you want to figure out how to get rid of chin fat, a little research will bombard you with several different methods, all claiming to be the best way to do it. For instance, there are dozens of different creams and lotions out there than claim to get rid of chin fat. There’s surgery, and there are even hypnotism CDs that are supposed help you end up with a smaller, thinner chin, if you can believe it.

I feel pretty confident in telling you that all the positive thinking in the world is not how to get rid of chin fat. You could be hypnotized by the best in the world, and unless he does liposuction on your chin while you’re in a trance, you’ll have just as much chin fat when it’s over as you did before it started. I think when people want something bad enough, common sense can fly out the window. That’s why things like positive thinking and hypnosis CDs sell so well.

Creams and lotions are expensive and popular, too. Think about this method of how to get rid of chin fat. Do you think it’s possible to get rid of butt fat or belly fat by rubbing on a cream or a lotion? If it were possible, those lotions would sell in gallon drums and cost a hundred dollars an ounce. Dieting would go out the window! There is no cream or lotion that can reduce fat anywhere on your body, least of all your chin.

A method that does work if you’re willing to spend the money and deal with the risk is chin surgery. Cosmetic surgery might not seem like a very big deal to most people, because it’s cosmetic. But it’s still surgery, and it still carries the risks that surgery carries. There’s the risk of infection, which alone is bad enough. But when you consider the pain, swelling, numbness, bruising and down time to recover, surgery looks much less reasonable, doesn’t it? And don’t forget to consider that it can cost from $2,000 to $5,000. Surely, there has to be a better way.

While facial exercises will get rid of chin fat and change the whole shape of your face, they don’t work overnight the way risky surgery does. But you don’t have to wait months, either. In a few weeks you can see a dramatic difference under your jaw. Facial exercises will also slim your cheeks and tone your neck.

How to get rid of chin fat naturally?

Facial exercises really are the best way. There’s no risk or expensive of surgery, no side effects or wasted money on creams or lotions, and no nonsense “cures” that only line someone’s pockets. Instead, exercises tone the muscles and burn the fat to give you real results naturally. You’ll get best results by following a program designed to slim a double chin and chubby cheeks. A facial exercise program will take a few minutes a day, while giving you exact exercises and a good idea of how much progress you’ll make in a certain amount of time.

Facial fat loss for idiot

I’ve spent hours at the gym trying to get rid of fat on my stomach, thighs, butt and arms. Exercise really does work wonder for these trouble spots (though I haven’t quite gotten rid of all the fat yet). It’s the universal solution to getting rid of fat–exercise. But what about double chins or puffy cheeks? Everybody and her yellow dog talks about butt fat or back fat and how to get rid of it. What about facial fat loss? Is it really necessary to have surgery to get rid of these problem spots?

Fortunately, facial fat loss is possible using the same method you may use to get rid of chubby thighs. Exercise works wonders to reshape any part of your body, and your face is no exception. Just like exercise can tone up your stomach muscles, it can tone the muscles under your chin. You can lose fat there and tighten the muscles, slimming and lifting, all without thousands of dollars spent at the cosmetic surgeon’s and the pain and bruising (and risks!) of surgery.

Facial fat loss won’t happen the way you’re hoping for, no matter how many miles you run on the treadmill. To achieve the kind of look you want under your chin and in your cheeks, you need to do specific facial exercises. I’ve tried these and they’re not difficult to do at all.

Jaw exercises are your first step toward losing facial fat. I did notice that after a day or two of doing these, I could feel some soreness in the muscles in my neck and under my chin. But that’s a good sign that the exercises are working. A good jaw exercise that may give you a slight soreness all around your face (it did me, but it’s very mild and goes away quickly) is to open your mouth as around and wide as you can for a few seconds and then relax it. Do it about 30 times a day, in 3 different sessions–morning, midday and evening are good.

Here’s a video I have foud  on youtube:

Another good exercise to tone a double chin and lose face fat is to smile very wide. Then tilt your head back, to left, right and back again, all while holding the smile. Be sure your movements are smooth and fluid.

Two more exercises you can do, I found out quickly are definitely face fat exercises to do where no one can see you. Open your mouth as wide as you can, and then while holding that pose, slowly stick your tongue out. I look a little like someone’s choking me when I do this one. You can also say the vowels (A, E, I, O, U) very slowly and with exaggeration. You don’t have to say them, just move your mouth as if you are. I pretend that a lip rider many yards away is trying to see what I’m saying. Do that a few times a day and you’ll feel and see a difference quite quickly.

To really shape up your cheeks and double chin, it’s a great idea to follow a program of facial fat loss that has proven itself to work for others. I personnaly chose this program. Check it out and let me know what you think!

Danger and Facts about Double Chin Surgery

SurgeryDouble chin surgery is used to give you a new shape under your chin and jaw. Where some cosmetic chin surgery is used to reshape the bone structure with implants or bone reduction, double chin surgery just removes any fat or hanging skin under the chin. It also removes any texture beneath the chin caused by corded muscles. People who have facial cosmetic surgeries like face lifts often need double chin surgery, which is a separate type of procedure.

I don’t relish the idea of having surgery of any kind. As doctors will tell you, all surgery carries some risk. You are being cut and manipulated inside your body. It’s a big decision to let someone do that to you when you really need it for better health, let alone just to improve your appearance. I think it’s important that anyone considering this type of surgery looks at the pros and cons of surgery over other methods of reducing a double chin.

A little bit of research revealed to me that the most common way of dealing with a double chin surgically is liposuction. Have you ever watched a reality program that showed liposuction? It looks violent to me. I’ve only seen stomach and hip liposuction, but that was enough to make me never want to try to the procedure. Of course they have to make an incision, and then the suck tube is shoved in and literally jerked around, in and out, because they’re breaking up the fat and sucking it out.

Under chin liposuction is done the same way, will a smaller tube and not as much room to yank it around, obviously. It seems like a pretty gruesome procedure to me. After the liposuction to remove the excess fat, the muscles are sutured together or cut, depending on the particular situation. A chin implant is sometimes added, if the chin is weak.

The benefit of this type of double chin surgery is that one day you have a double chin, and by that night it’s gone. But I really think you have to look beyond the pros. Your double chin is gone, but in its place you have pain, bruising, stitches and at least a week of recovery time before it’s recommended that you go back to your daily routine. Even then, you may be stuck eating soft foods for a while, as well as having to really shield your face from the slightest bump. There can be swelling and numbness for a few months. And if you have incisions in your mouth, as you do in some cases, you have a heightened risk for infection.

Not only can the numbness be permanent, you’ll pay up to $5,000 for all of this. I think there’s a better way: doing facial exercises designed to trim up a double chin and reduce face fat. The routines cost a fraction of what double chin surgery would cost, and it only takes a few minutes with no recovery time, no pain and no risks. I think exercises are the clear, safe winner here.

Reduce Face Fat Now

If you want to reduce face fat, you have a few options in how to do it. Some are risky, some are questionable and some are proven. Unfortunately, the ones with the fastest and most dramatic results are the most expensive and present the most risk to your health.

Liposuction is the fastest method to reduce face fat, but consider the drawbacks. It’s expensive, you’ll be sore while healing, you’ll need recovery time, you face the risks of major surgery because you’ll be knocked out with anesthesia, and you run the risk of an infection, both minor and major, because it’s invasive surgery. Nonsurgical face lifts are becoming popular, but the results aren’t as dramatic or as quick, and you can still easily spend a few thousand dollars on these methods.
I have shared my personal experience on how to loose face fat here, however, you’ll read about a method that doesn’t cost thousands of dollars (nowhere near it!), and while you might not wake up the next day with a movie star profile (well almost lol), you can see results in just a few weeks. Better yet, you never have to go into the hospital, face a needle or a scalpel, or have to deal with the risks and pain of surgery.

In fact, you can reduce face fat without anyone even knowing you’re working at it. The only thing they’ll know is that your face looks better, but not how you achieved it.

This method of losing a double chin and fat from your cheeks is simple and doesn’t take a lot of time. It’s the way many people already fight face fat, sagging skin and poor muscle tone in the face, neck and jaw. Specific exercises designed to tone up the platysma muscle as well as a diet made to lose facial fat will reduce the size of a double chin, tighten your neck and slim your cheeks.

This works on the same principle as muscle toning works anywhere on your body. If you follow a diet and exercise, your thighs will get smaller, because a toned muscle tightens and takes up less space. So if you follow a diet and tone the muscle that works your jaw, it will take up less space and naturally pull in your chin and your cheeks.

Following a healthy diet while doing facial exercises like those I discuss on this blog will help you burn fat, especially if you’re also doing full body exercises like aerobic exercise and strength training. Losing weight, if you need to, will let your body burn fat everywhere, including your face. But even if you’re already a healthy weight, just following a healthy, antioxidant rich diet can help, and doing the facial exercises spot treats your facial area, slimming it down and toning it up.

How much better is it to “lift” your face this way in a matter of weeks, than to be drugged and wake up in pain, swollen and a few thousand dollars lighter? If you want to reduce face fat, all you need to do are some simple facial exercises and you can dramatically improve your appearance.

How to Lose a Double Chin: 5 Easy Methods

Methods for how to lose a double chin vary, depending on where you’re getting your information. There are several different ways you can achieve the goal of minimizing or completely getting rid of a double chin. Some are good for you overall, and a good idea if you’re concerned about general fitness. Others tackle the specific problem of a double chin.

Some methods should be carefully considered before you embark up on them, because of potential risks. And some methods, like the ones I tried and recommend here aren’t dangerous and are things that anyone can do. Look at the different possibilities and choose carefully.

Here are 5 ways on how to lose a double chin for you to choose from.

1. Double Chin Exercise

Unlike general exercise that burns fat everywhere, double chin exercises are designed to tone the platysma muscle–the muscle that works the jaw. Tightening this muscle can give you some results by bringing in your cheeks and beneath your chin, just like tightening other muscles reduces the size of those body parts but the results are not always apparent but can be used in conjonction of a method I used when I asked myself: how to loose face fat.

2. Exercise

All those exercises you do to burn fat will burn the fat beneath your chin, too. The change may be gradual. After all, you don’t do a month of exercycling and suddenly have thin thighs. Your body burns fat everywhere so it’s a gradual process. But you can burn double chin fat just like you can burn bottom fat.

3. Liposuction

This is the most risky of ways how to lose a double chin, but the one with the most dramatic results. The natural methods I personally used can work just as dramatically, but not instantly. However, you don’t have to undergo general anesthesia, which always carries some health risks, and it won’t cost thousands of dollars! Liposuction still might be the preferred option for some who want overnight results. Just really consider the cost, the risk and the pain and healing time and weigh those against the benefits before deciding on liposuction.

4. Creams, Wraps, Massagers

Miracle face cream melts chin fat! Wrap your head and wake up without a double chin!
Using these is easy enough. But if it sounds too good to be true and promises results that seem shocking, you probably don’t want to waste your time. Yet there are people who claim they work wonders. Do lots of research into these methods.

5. Diet

A healthy diet will help you achieve and maintain a healthy weight. This means you’ll store less fat (and lose fat you already have stored). Just like the rest of your body will get smaller, so will your chin.
Not all dieting programs are created equally and not all will provide long term results for the problem we share —the facial fat we want to lose. The program I persoanlly used worked. You should check it out here.

Face Lift without Surgery: Does it Work?

A face lift without surgery probably sounds too good to be true. After all, why would so many people pay so much money and go through the pain of a face lift if there were an easier way that gave them the same results?

Traditional face lifts are very expensive, and leave you with scars, swelling, bruising, pain and the risk of infection, not to mention the risks you accept when you agree to voluntary major surgery–any surgery is risky, and surgery with general anesthesia carries the most risk. You can even end up with nerve damage from a traditional face lift, not to mention the occasional horror story you hear about a botched face lift that leaves the person with a strange appearance.

Would anyone submit themselves to that if they could get a face lift without surgery?

There are now nonsurgical face lift methods like CICA treatments that you’re awake for that that don’t require an incision or healing time. Why wouldn’t people stop having surgery and opt for this method? These treatments can cost thousands of dollars, too, but they’re already shelling out for major surgery.
And what about the various “face lift” creams that are on the market today that you see advertised everywhere, like Resveratrol and Dermapril, just to name two. A tube of cream and results “in a few weeks” is surely better than instant results that cost thousands more and cause so much pain. Why hasn’t the face lift without surgery eliminated surgical procedures for this purpose?

They haven’t taken over, probably because the results are not the same. The nonsurgical CICA methods still cost thousands, and the changes are more subtle than those you get from surgery. The creams, while they can improve the appearance of skin over time, are far from miracle treatments. And like any type of medication or chemicals that you put on your skin, there’s the potential for side effects like allergic reactions, irritation and swelling.

They have their place, and there’s certainly nothing wrong with trying them, but you can use a method like the one I used described here and you’ll never have to worry about a huge price tag, risk or side effects.

The method is the most natural method possible, because there are no pills, creams, gadgets or surgery necessary. The reason this method hasn’t overtaken surgery, is that people believe it’s too good to be true. But this is the ultimate face lift without pain or side effects. If you want to tone your abs or your thighs, you exercise those muscles. The same principle works for the face!

The platysma muscle controls the jaw. If you tone that muscle, you’ll reduce the size of a double chin, tone chubby cheeks and even tighten the neck area–an area that shows wrinkles often before your face will.

The diet I recommend on my personal blog on how to loose face fat is easy and doesnt take much time, but give you a “face lift without surgery” appearance if you follow the program faithfully.

Double Chin Exercise

Many people never consider how double chin exercise could change the shape of their face. It’s true that any fat around and underneath the chin needs to be burned off, just like fat in other areas of the body. Good diet and exercise are the only way to successfully burn fat, so you’ll need to do these to really get rid of that double chin fat.

But just like other areas of the body, exercising and toning the muscles will tighten them and draw in that area, minimizing the size of it. And once you burn the fat away, you’ll have lovely toned muscles beneath. Some of the techniques I used when I wanted to loose face fat are great for minimizing this problem area with double chin exercise and other techniques. (read my personal expererience here)

You’re probably familiar with the idea of toning your biceps, your glutes or your quads. Almost everyone who’s ever looked into muscle toning exercises has heard these terms. Fewer have heard about toning your platysma. This is the muscle that works your chin and jaw. By toning it with double chin exercise, you can reduce the size of your double chin even while you’re working on burning body fat BUT ythat’s not enough you should also follow a diet like the one I recommend

You might feel a bit self-conscious doing some of these at first, but that’s okay. There’s no need to look in a mirror or do them in front of an audience!
Nodding: Close your mouth, drop your chin to your chest, and slowly raise your head until you’re looking at the ceiling and to go further would mean moving your back. You should feel the stretch in the muscle below your chin. Hold it for several seconds, and repeat at least a few times during the day.

The Fish: Do the nodding exercise, and while you’re holding your head as far back as you can, open and close your mouth. You’ll feel a bit like a fish on dry land, but this works that muscle and will tone it up. Do this a few times throughout the day.

Pout: Hold your face in a comfortable way, and then push your lower lip as high as you can, in an exaggerated pout.
The Shocked Face: Don’t do this one anywhere your neighbors might be able to see you. Open your mouth just as wide and round as you can. While you’re holding this unnaturally wide pose, slowly stick your tongue out as far as you can. You might feel the urge to bug your eyes out, too, because you’ll feel silly. Go ahead–if you’re having fun, you’re more likely to stick with it! Do this several times a day to strengthen that muscle (and amuse the kids).

Know Your Vowels: A, E, I, O, U. You learned them as a small child, but it’s time to practice them again. But this time, exaggerate the movements. You don’t have to say the letters, but open your mouth as wide as you can when making an A, E, I, O and really pucker up with the U.

You can find more how to lose face fat withthe method I tried so you can slim down that problem area!

Advantages of a Nonsurgical Face Lift

A nonsurgical face lift is a method of reducing a double chin, tightening the skin, reducing the appearance of wrinkles and improving the muscle tone of the face and jaw. There are actually formal face lifts that use nonsurgical methods to achieve these ends, like CACI treatments. Tiny currents are used to help tone facial muscles and encourage the skin’s natural sloughing of dead cells. This method is also supposed to improve your facial blood circulation and boost moisture retention in the skin.

Fans of the CACI nonsurgical face lift claim that it reduces acne scarring, redness, wrinkles and loose skin after repeated treatments. One procedure can take a couple of hours and cost over a thousand dollars. While proponents say it’s like an intense facial, a thousand dollars is a lot to pay for a facial, intense or not!
Still, it’s cheaper than a traditional facelift. You can have a nonsurgical one and go back to work right afterwards. With a traditional facelift, you have swelling and bruising to deal with, and the aftereffects of anesthesia, not to mention the pain of healing.

But many people still don’t want to pay the high price for a CACI nonsurgical face lift. Are there other ways besides liposuction and skin tightening to have a more youthful appearance, get rid of a double chin, and have fewer wrinkles?
The method I describe on my blog will cost you a fraction of the amount of a nonsurgical lift, and give you excellent results. You may not wake up the next day with a perfect face, as you might if you had surgery, but in just a few weeks you can see results, all without the intensive facial and the intense price tag!

That’s because exercise, particularly facial exercises that work the platysma muscle, are the idea way to give yourself a face lift, of sorts. That muscle controls the jaw, and by toning it you can make a double chin smaller, reduce chubby cheeks and even tighten your neck area, all of which will give you a more toned, youthful appearance.

The method I used do require you to spend a few minutes a day doing some very simple facial exercises.

But you don’t need special equipment, workout clothes or any kind of gimmicks to do them. They’re as simple as opening your mouth as wide as possible a few times a day, moving your head in a certain way to work that muscle, and more specific exercises that will tone the entire area and make it look like you’ve had a face lift.
Diet and general exercise will help, too, because these are good for your whole body. The healthier you are, the more it will show in your face and you skin tone. Drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of antioxidants in fruits and vegetables can make a huge difference, too.

While a nonsurgical face lift can give you results, you owe it to yourself and your wallet to try a truly natural method like the one at http://www.howtolosefacefat.net, before you even consider other options.
